Prepare the ingredients.
Finely chop the parsley.
Combine the blended fish with the parsley. Make two croquettes per person. Coat with breadcrumbs. Season.
Melt the butter. Brown the fish croquettes in two batches. Put them aside. Put the lemon juice in the pan.
Pour the sauce from the juice over the croquettes. Arrange them in the lined steamer basket. Put the basket and 200 ml water into the pan.
Cooking time: 5 min.
Put the croquettes on a plate. Coat with cooking juices. Serve.
