  • 1.2 kg of shoulder of lamb in 30/40 g cubes dusted with flour
  • 3 onions, peeled and chopped
  • 300 g of peeled carrots chopped into sticks
  • 600 g of button mushrooms, chanterelles, ceps, washed
  • 1 bouquet garni
  • 3 peeled garlic cloves, with the germ removed, and chopped
  • 600 g of potatoes, peeled cut into large pieces
  • 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 200 ml of water


Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the oil into the pan.

Brown the cubes of meat (in batches if necessary). Remove the meat. Stir fry the mushrooms.

Add the water, meat and other ingredients finishing with the potatoes. Season.

Cooking time: 14 minutes
