  • 12 slices of ham
  • 300 g Japanese rice (sushi rice)
  • 60 g grated cheese
  • 150 g grated carrots
  • 150 g tinned sweetcorn
  • 480 ml water
  • Salt, to taste
  • For the sauce:
  • 12 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 3 tbsp(s) cider vinegar
  • 3 tsp(s) runny honey



Prepare the ingredients.

To make the sauce, mix all ingredients together and chill.

Put rice, water, carrots, sweetcorn and salt in the pan. Stir well to combine.

Pressure Cooking.

Add the cheese. Fill the roulades with hot rice. Serve with the sauce.
