  • 600 g melon, diced
  • 180 g sugar
  • 3 tsp fresh ginger, very finely chopped
  • 180 ml water
  • 3 gelatine leaves, soaked in ice water



Prepare the ingredients.

In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, melon, ginger, water and pinch of salt.

Pour the contents of the bowl into the Cook4Me bowl, stir and bring to the boil.

Add the drained gelatine. Mix.

High pressure cooking: 5 minutes

Put into 1 or more jars. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
