Prepare the ingredients.
Mix the butter, brown sugar, egg and pistachios. Divide the mixture between the centres of the peaches.
Pour the water and agave syrup into the cooking pan. Put the peaches in the steam basket and then into the cooking pan.
Pressure cooking: 7 minutes.
Leave to cool before eating. Serve with the cooking syrup.
Tips: For an even tastier version, place the peaches in an oven-proof dish and grill them for a few seconds. Accompany this dessert with Chantilly cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
