  • 1.3 kg Brussels sprouts, washed, outer leaves discarded
  • 3 Bulgarian or Greek yoghurt
  • 1.5 onion(s), peeled and finely chopped
  • 1.5 tsp fresh ginger, peeled and chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and chopped
  • 1.5 tsp tandoori spices
  • 3 level tsp tomato purée
  • 3 tbsp coriander, washed and finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Prepare the ingredients

Heat the oil in the pan.

Brown the onion, garlic and ginger. Add the spices and tomato purée. Season with salt and pepper.

Add the yoghurt. Stir. Add the Brussels sprouts.

Pressure cooking time: 9 mins.

Add the coriander and serve with basmati rice.
