  • 4 Chicken legs
  • 300 ml Plain yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Tandoori spices
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Garlic clove, peeled with germ removed and chopped
  • 260 g Can of cooked chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 Handfuls of spinach, washed and coarsely chopped
  • 4 Cherry tomatoes, washed and cut into 8
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • Salt


Prepare the ingredients.

Mix the yoghurts, spices, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt.

Marinate the chicken for 30 min. Pour the oil into the bowl.

Cook the spinach for approx. 1 min. Add the chickpeas and tomatoes.Add salt.

Add the chicken and the marinade.

Cooking time: 13 minutes.

Serve with rice.
