Prepare the ingredients.
Mix the yoghurts, spices, garlic and lemon juice in a bowl. Add salt.
Marinate the chicken for 30 min. Pour the oil into the bowl.
Cook the spinach for approx. 1 min. Add the chickpeas and tomatoes.Add salt.
Add the chicken and the marinade.
Cooking time: 13 minutes.
Serve with rice.
