  • 3 tbsp sesame oil
  • 6 eggs
  • 12 green asparagus, cut into chunks
  • 300 g shelling peas
  • 3 handfuls spinach leaves
  • 3 tbsps soy sauce
  • 100 ml water
  • 3 handfuls soybean sprouts, to serve
  • 15 sprigs chopped coriander, to serve


Prepare the ingredients.

Whisk the eggs into an omelette. Pour the oil in the bowl.

Cook the eggs in the bowl. Keep aside. Brown all the vegetables except for the soybean sprouts.

Add the soy sauce and water. Stir.

Pressure cooking

Add the eggs and soybean sprouts. Serve with coriander.
