  • 360 g wholegrain rice
  • 1.5 onions, peeled and chopped
  • 450 g squash, peeled and diced
  • 6 tbsp squash seeds
  • 750 ml vegetable stock
  • 30 g butter
  • Salt and pepper if necessary


Prepare the ingredients.

Put the rice, stock, onion, squash and butter in the pan. Season with salt and pepper if necessary.

Cooking time: 15 min.

Add the seeds. Stir and crush the diced vegetables. Serve hot.
