  • 10 ounces of fresh pizza
  • Flour to roll the dough
  • 3 ounces of tomato sauce
  • 3 ounces of fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • ¼ of cup of sliced black olives
  • 4 to 5 sliced mushrooms
  • 2 slices of cooked ham
  • ½ seeded green bell pepper, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • • Salt and pepper


On a floured table, roll out the dough 12 to 15 mm (1/2 inch) thickness into the Snacking&Baking accessory size. Put it in.

Pour some tomato sauce on top of the dough. Display the sliced mozzarella, all the garnishes and the basil. On top, season with salt and pepper.

Place the Snacking&Baking accessory into the OptiGrill. Turn the grill on. Select the and select red color setting.

Cook the pizza for 10 minutes cooking until 'well done'.
