1. Boil 2 washed oranges for 2 hours then set aside to cool for 30 minutes 2. Install the crushing blade to your I-Companion XL 3. Add the blanched almonds and crush on Speed 11 until almond meal consistency is reached. Remove and set aside 4. Add the oranges to the bowl and blend to puree on Speed 12 for 1 minute 5. Now add the eggs, sugar, almond meal and GF baking powder. Mix on Speed 6 for 1 minute 6. Pour the mixture into a lined springform baking tin and bake at 160 ̊C for 75 minutes. Check to make sure its cooked, an inserted skewer should come out clean 7. Allow to cool for 30 minutes then dust with icing sugar 8. Serve with chantily cream
For Chantily Cream: 1. In a cool bowl, add 300g whipping cream, ½ tsp vanilla extract and 1 tbsp caster sugar 2. Whip until soft peaks form
