1. Cook the gnocchi in a saucepan with the butter/olive oil until browned.
2. Add pancetta or bacon, shallots, gorgonzola and walnuts. Pour cream over the gnocchi.
3. Transfer to a preheated 180°C oven for 15 mins until brown.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
