Ingredients

  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 1/4 cup Grand Marnier®
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar, divided
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp soft butter

Preparation

1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

2. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks. Place the egg yolks, Grand Marnier® and flour in the bowl fitted with the whisk. Mix at speed 7 for 3 minutes. Transfer to a large bowl and wash the Prep&Cook bowl and whisk very well.

3. Place egg whites and 1/3 cup sugar in the bowl fitted with the whisk. Mix at speed 7 for 6 minutes. Butter 6 (6 oz.) ramekins or custard cups and sprinkle them with the remaining sugar.

4. Incorporate a third of the whipped egg whites into the egg yolks, whipping energetically by hand. Add the remaining egg whites and gently mix using a spatula. Fill level with the edge of each ramekin. Smooth the surface and clean the edges of the ramekins. Bake for 8 minutes. Serve immediately.
