Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp of sunflower oil
  • 500 g of diced lamb shoulder
  • 250 g of aubergine, diced (2-3 cm)
  • 1 tsp of all spice
  • 1 tsp of dried oregano
  • 400 g of vegetable stock
  • 150 g of orzo pasta
  • 400 g of canned chopped tomatoes

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add the oil.

Brown the lamb (in batches if required). Add aubergines and spices to brown.

Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Cooking time: 14 min.

Serve and enjoy!
