Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tbsp of peanut or vegetable oil
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 1/4 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken breast, cubed
  • 4 tsp of thai green curry paste
  • 1 1/4 cup of coconut milk or coconut cream
  • 2 cups of chopped fresh green beans

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Chop the onion.

Chop the green beans.

Preheat pot. Add oil.

Brown onion and chicken: 3 min.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Cooking under pressure: 4 min.

Adjust seasonings to taste.
