  • ‎4 large-sized fish fillets
  • ‎½ cup olive oil‎
  • ‎1 tsp salt
  • ‎½ cup lemon juice‎
  • ‎1 tsp black pepper‎
  • ‎¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ‎2 tbsp vegetable oil


In a bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper and parsley.‎

Add the fish fillets to the marinade and let it sit at room temperature.‎

Grease the grids with vegetable oil.‎

Select the fish/seafood setting on Optigrill + and press “OK”.‎

Once the purple indicator stops flashing, add the marinated fish fillets and close the lid.‎

Cook until the indicator color turns yellow. Place the grilled fish on a dish.‎

Serve with a side of your favorite grilled vegetables. ‎
