  • 4 frozen small rabbit thighs
  • 400 g frozen mushroom mixture
  • 10 cl white wine
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper


Have you checked the valves ? See FAQ. Put the sesame oil in the pressure cooker and saute the rabbit thighs. Pour in the white wine, then add the mushroom mixture and season. Alcohol vapours are flammable. Bring to a boil for about 2 minutes without closing the lid. Close the lid. As soon as the steam is released, reduce the heat source and leave it to cook for the indicated time. During cooking, check that the valve murmurs regularly. Open the pressure cooker and serve immediately.
