Ingredients

  • 1 eggs, beaten
  • 40 g of breadcrumbs
  • 600 g of lamb mince
  • 1 tbsp of ras el hanout
  • 150 g of onion, sliced
  • 400 g of tomato passata
  • 100 ml of vegetable stock
  • 2 tsp of rosemary, roughly chopped
  • 120 g of calvo nero or kale, sliced

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Combine egg, breadcrumbs, mince and spice. Form into balls (approx. 16).

Brown meatballs (in batches if required). Remove meatballs.

Add remaining ingredients (except for calvo nero/kale). Stir well and replace meatballs.

Cooking time: 4 min.

Add calvo nero/kale. Close lid for 1 minute. Serve and enjoy!
