Ingredients

  • 640 g of lamb, deboned, cut into cubes
  • 1 tbsp of clarified butter (melted)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic clove, crushed
  • 10 g of fresh grated ginger
  • 3 tbsp of curry paste
  • 320 g of chopped tomatoes, canned
  • 80 g of natural yogurt
  • 250 g of sweet potato, peeled and cut into small cubes
  • 40 g of almonds (optional

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add the clarified/melted butter in the Cook4Me.

Brown the onion, garlic and ginger for 1 min. Brown the meat on all sides, in several batches if necessary.

Add the chopped tomatoes, curry paste, sweet potatoes and yogurt. Season. Stir well.

Cooking time: 15 mins.

Decorate with the almonds. Serve and enjoy!
