  • 750 mL milk (soy, cow's or goat's milk)
  • 120 g plain yogurt


Mix the milk and the yogurt (with sugar to taste if required), with a whisk until smooth, and pour into the pots.

Plug in the appliance, click once on to select the yogurt mode. If necessary, adjust the cooking time using the keys "+ -". Confirm your choice by clicking on "OK" .

When cooking is complete, leave yogurt to cool, put the lids on the pots and refrigerate.

Tip: If the preset yogurt cooking time is 8 hrs, you can go up to 12 hrs of cooking without any problem. You will get a slightly firmer and bitter yogurt… and you can sleep in!
