1. Install the Crushing Blade. Add the butter and biscuits and set at speed 10 for 40 seconds 2. Press the crushed biscuits into a greased and lined 20cm round spring form baking tin. Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes 3. Clean the bowl and install the whisk. Add the first amount of caster sugar with the cream cheese, sour cream and eggs. Set at speed 5 for 3 minutes. Pour into the cooled base and refrigerate 4. Clean the bowl and install the mixer. Add the second amount of caster sugar with the water and frozen berries. Set at Slow cook P1 5. After 4 minutes, add the dissolved gelatine and complete the slow cook program (1 min) 6. Pour over the cooled cheesecake and return to the fridge until ready to serve.
