Ingredients

  • 600 g of monkfish, cut into cubes
  • 6 peppers, sliced (red, yellow, green)
  • 1 onion, finely sliced
  • 4 tbsp of olive oil
  • 2 pinch of chilli powder
  • 20 almonds
  • 120 ml of fish stock
  • 2 pinch of fresh basil, chopped
  • Salt

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Add oil in the Cook4Me.

Brown the seasoned monkfish, in batches if necessary. Remove the fish. Brown the onions and peppers.

Add browned fish, fish stock, almonds and chilli powder.

Cooking time: 6 mins.

Serve with basil and rice. Enjoy!
