Ingredients

  • 3 chicken thigh fillets
  • ½ cup shredded carrot
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp chopped chives
  • 1 tsp chilli oil
  • 1 pkt Gow Gee pastry (30 pieces)

1. Install the Ultrablade, add chicken, carrot, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, chives and chili

2. Blend on speed Speed 10 for 90 seconds

3. Add the egg and blend on Speed 10 for 15 seconds

4. Spoon 1 heaped tsp of chicken filling onto a Gow Gee pastry

5. Dampen the outer edge with water, then fold and seal the pastry.

6. Heat a Tefal pan until the Thermosignal turns solid red

7. Now add 1 tsp oil and fry each dumpling for 1 minute on each side on medium high heat

8. Now add ½ cm of boiling water to the pan, cover and steam for 2 minutes

9. Serve with soy sauce and chili oil
