Ingredients

  • 3 chicken thigh fillets
  • ½ cup shredded carrot
  • ½ cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tsp crushed ginger
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp chopped chives
  • 1 tsp chilli oil
  • 1 pkt Gow Gee pastry (30 pieces)

1. On your Tefal I-Companion XL, install the Ultrablade. Add chicken, carrot, cabbage, soy sauce, sesame oil, chives and chili 2. Blend on Speed 10 for 90 seconds 3. Add the egg and blend on Speed 10 for 15 seconds 4. Once done, assemble the dumpling by putting 1 heaped tsp of chicken filling onto each Gow Gee pastry 5. Dampen the outer edge with water, then fold and seal the pastry 6. Heat a Tefal Ingenio pan until the Thermosignal turns solid red 7. Add 1 tsp oil and fry each dumpling for 1 minute on each side on medium high heat 8. Now add ½ cm of boiling water to the pan, cover and steam for 2 minutes 9. Serve warm with soy sauce and chilli oil
