This recipe is created by Adrian Richardson for Tefal in partnership with Good Chef Bad Chef.

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Generously season all sides of the beef with salt and pepper. 2. Preheat a plancha on the stovetop, place the sirloin fat side down. Sear in the hot pan for 4-5 minutes or until all sides are golden brown. 3. For medium-rare, bake for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature is 42C. Rest for at least half the cooking time before carving.
