Ingredients

  • 10 prawns, shells removed and deveined
  • 100g prosciutto
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salsa
  • 1 large spring onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper

This recipe is created by Chef Adrian Richardson for Tefal in partnership with Good Chef Bad Chef.

1. Wrap prawns in strips of prosciutto. Place on a skewer, all facing the same way, you should be able to fit 5 prawns on each skewer. Season both sides generously with pepper and a small pinch of salt. Drizzle a tiny amount of extra virgin olive oil and spread over both sides. 2. Place the skewers on a hot grill pan, cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. 3. In a small bowl stir the spring onions, lemon juice, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
