1. Soak the oatmeal in the warm milk with the spices, salt and pepper.
2. Combine the remaining ingredients and form little patties.
3. In a heated saucepan with oil, fry the patties for 5 mins on each side until golden. Garnish with fresh coriander, if desired, and serve with a salad.
