Ingredients

  • 180 g oatmeal
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch cumin
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 150 ml warm milk
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 50 g grated cheese
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander (optional for ganishing)

Preparation

Soak the oatmeal in the warm milk with the spices, salt and pepper.

Combine the remaining ingredients and form little patties.

In a heated saucepan with oil, fry the patties for 5 mins on each side until golden. Garnish with fresh coriander, if desired, and serve with a salad.
