  • ‎500 g spring rolls wrappers
  • ‎200g shredded boiled chicken
  • ‎50g boiled rice noodles
  • ‎1½ cups shredded cabbage
  • ‎¼ cup shredded carrots
  • ‎1 medium-sized chopped onion
  • ‎2 chopped green onions
  • ‎½ cup chopped bell peppers
  • ‎½ tsp salt‎
  • ‎½ tsp black pepper‎
  • ‎1 beaten egg‎


In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, rice noodles, cabbage, carrots, onions, green onions and ‎bell peppers.‎

Season with salt and black pepper. Mix ingredients until combined. ‎

Place around a spoonful of the filling mixture into a spring roll wrapper. Repeat until quantities ‎are finished.‎

Fold the 2 outside ends of the wrapper then close the bottom and roll up the rolls.‎

Place the spring rolls in the drawer of Tefal Fry Delight XL.‎

Brush the top of spring rolls with beaten egg and set Fry Delight on Baking Mode. Bake for 15 ‎minutes at 200°C.‎

Serve with soy sauce and/or sweet and sour sauce.‎
