Ingredients

  • 10 g butter
  • 160 g flour
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoon of sugar
  • 200 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 banana
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 20 skewers

1. Make sure you remove the Ingenio handle when cooking on a tray and/or in the oven.

2. Melt the butter in the microwave or in a pan over a low heat.

3. Pour the flour, baking powder and salt into a mixing bowl. Create a well in the centre and crack the eggs into it.

4. Carefully mix with a whisk to avoid lumps. Incorporate the butter then the sugar.

5. Gradually add the milk to the mixture, making sure that the milk is well incorporated before adding more.

6. Heat the crepe pan and wait until the Thermal-Signal has turned completely solid red. Pour in large drops of batter. When bubbles start to appear on the surface of the pancakes, turn them over.

7. Cut the banana and the strawberries into slices.

8. Once the pancakes are cooked, create the skewers by placing a pancake, a slice of banana, a pancake and a slice of strawberry. You can make around twenty skewers depending on the size of the sticks used, if you have any batter left, you can make pancakes the following day.
