  • 270 g rolled oats
  • 1 l unsweetened almond milk (or oat milk)
  • 1.5 pinch of salt
  • 90 g grated coconut
  • 5 Medjool dates, soaked and chopped
  • 1.5 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 300 g strawberries, with the stalks removed and diced
  • 8 strawberries for decoration
  • 1.5 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • Chia seeds

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Heat the rolled oats, milk and salt for 5 minutes on Browning mode while stirring.

3. Add the coconut, dates and spices. Mix. Add the diced strawberries and mix.

4. Serve with a few whole strawberries, some syrup and a sprinkle of chia seeds.

Tip: Substitute the strawberries with raspberries, banana, etc.
