Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 200 g fresh goat's cheese
  • 1 pear
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme
  • 6 walnuts
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

1. Peel and slice the sweet potatoes into 3 mm thick slices and put them on the Easy Fry standard tray.

2. Spray with a little olive oil and lightly season with salt.

3. Set the FRIES programme at 200 C for 10 minutes. Carefully turn the sweet potatoes over and restart the programme for 10 minutes.

4. Leave to cool.

5. Peel the pears and cut them in very thin slices.

6. Crush the nuts.

7. Mix the goat’s cheese, thyme and nuts in a bowl, then season with salt and pepper.

8. Spread the cheese, thyme and nut mixture on each sweet potato slice.

9. Place the slices of pears on top.

10. Garnish with some herbs and serve immediately.

Tips: Cut the pears width wise to obtain very neat circles. You can use blue cheese or vegan cream cheese.
