Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of groundnut oil
  • 150 g of thinly sliced onion
  • 500 g of thinly sliced chicken breast fillets
  • 2.5 tbsp of Thai red curry paste
  • 200 g of thinly sliced red pepper
  • 150 ml of water

Preparation

Add oil.

Brown onion and chicken.

Add curry paste, pepper and water. Stir well to combine.

Cooking time: 3 min.

Season to taste and serve!
