  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1.2 - 1.5kg whole chicken
  • 4 medium desiree potatoes
  • 1 cup frozen baby peas
  • 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper

1. Place the potatoes, peas, tomatoes, garlic, oregano, lemon juice, a pinch of salt and stock into the Cook4me touch bowl. Oil and season the chicken all over and then place on top of the potatoes. Pressure cook for 30 minutes. 2. Open the lid and brush the chicken with a little of the cooking juice. Put the Extra Crisp Lid accessory on and set to grill. Crisp up for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
