  • 150 g of jalfrezi curry paste
  • 200 g of onion, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 2 green chilli, finely sliced
  • 400 g of canned chopped tomatoes
  • 200 g of green pepper, cut into pieces
  • 300 g of cauliflower, cut into small florets
  • 300 g of butternut squash, peeled and cut into medium cubes
  • 200 g of canned chickpeas (canned weight, drained)
  • 250 ml of vegetable stock


Prepare the ingredients.

Soften the curry paste, onions and chilli.

Add the remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Cooking time: 8 min.

Serve and enjoy!
