Ingredients

  • 8 slices firm texture ginger cake, cut into a small dice
  • 400 ml sweet cider
  • 30 g runny honey or wild flower honey
  • 30 g macadamia nuts
  • 3 Golden Delicious apples, peeled and cut into dice

Preparation

Pack the ginger cake into the bottom of the cups. Cover with a layer of diced apples.

Mix the honey with the cider. Pour over the apples. Add the macadamia nuts.

Cover the cups with lids. Place in basket no. 3 and steam for 15 minutes. Remove the covers just before serving.
