Peel and slice the bananas into circles, add the lemon juice and sugar, mix together. Roll out the dough and cut out several circles.
Place 4 or 5 slices of banana and a square of grated chocolate into the centre, fold over the dough in the Snack Collection and fold over. Brush with egg yolk.
Seal shut and bake in the appliance for 7-8 mins.
