  • 9 cups crust (or 10x slices buttered bread)
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 apples, diced
  • 3 cups milk full cream
  • 300ml water
  • 400g brown sugar
  • 150g butter, melted
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

1. Place apples, sugar and water in the bowl of the Cook4me touch. Select manual mode and then Express pressure cook for 3 minutes. (If using other Cook4me models, adjust cooking time to 5 minutes).

2. Add bread crusts or slices over the apples... if using crust pour butter over crust.

3. Whisk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and milk and pour custard mixture over the bread, place Extra Crisp Lid.. put on Bake setting 4 and bake for approximately 30 mins or until just set.

4. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
