Ingredients

  • 500g boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 tbsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tbsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tbsp ground cardamom
  • 1/4 tbsp fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp onion, minced
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Black pepper andsalt

Preparation

1. Cut the chicken into thin slices. Mix all the ingredients together and marinate for 12 hours in the fridge.

2. Put the marinated chicken in the Air Fryer and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.

3. Serve with chopped parsley and chopped onion.
