  • 1 tbsp of vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced thin
  • 1 lb of chicken breast stir-fry strips
  • 4 cups of broccoli florets
  • 1 medium red pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup of of bottled stir fry sauce


Prepare the ingredients.

Preheat pot. Add oil.

Brown onions and chicken.

Add remaining ingredients. Stir well to combine.

Cooking under pressure : 3 min.

Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve over hot cooked rice.
