Exotic Fruit Delight with Mango Sauce

  • 400 g mixed fresh fruit: pineapple, mango, small bananas, peeled and cut into pieces
  • 4 limes finely grated zest
  • 4 tablespoons runny honey
  • 4 pieces star anise
  • 1 vanilla pod, split in half lengthwise
  • 150 ml mango sauce


Divide the fruit among the cups with the lime zest, honey, star anise and vanilla seeds from half a pod. Cover the cups with the lids. Place in basket no.3.

Steam for 15 minutes with the starter and the main course. In the mean time, remove the vanilla seeds from the remaining half pod and mix with the mango sauce.

After cooking, remove the covers and top with the passion fruit sauce.
