Place the rice flour, sugar, diced butter, egg yolks and orange zest in the bowl fitted with the kneading/grinding tool. Mix at speed 8 for 3 min.
Using a spatula, bring the mixture to the centre and mix again for 30 s.Bring together the mixture to make a ball and wrap in cling film. Leave to rest in the fridge for 1 hr.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a tray with baking paper. Roll out the mixture using a rolling pin then cut using a biscuit cutter or glass. Place the biscuits on the tray.
Bake for 15 mins. At the end of cooking, the biscuits should be soft as they will harden as they cool. Sprinkle over the icing sugar and serve.
