  • 8 chicken drumsticks (100g each)
  • 2 tbsp of jerk seasoning
  • 4 tsp of sunflower oil
  • 30 g of spring onions, sliced
  • 200 g of peppers, diced
  • 2 clove of garlic, crushed
  • 100 g of frozen peas
  • 300 g of basmati and wild rice
  • 600 ml of chicken stock


Prepare the ingredients.

Rub the jerk seasoning into the chicken. Add the oil into the bowl.

Brown the chicken (in batches if necessary) Remove chicken.

Add remaining ingredients to the bowl. Stir well until combined. Return the chicken to the bowl.

Cooking time: 20 min.

Season to taste and enjoy!
