  • 2 Eggs
  • 80 g of caster sugar
  • 400 ml of milk
  • 2 organic orange (zest, remove, pith and cut into segments)
  • 80 ml of liquid caramel (homemade or bottled caramel nappage)
  • A circle of greaseproof paper to fit the base of the bowl
  • 4 140 ml ovenproof ramekins


Prepare the ingredients in a separate bowl.

After adding the mixture to ramekins, place in the bowl and add water.

Cooking time: 6 min.

Chill for 12 hours. Turn out onto a plate with orange segments for decoration.
