Ingredients

  • 14 oz of canned sliced peaches, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup of sugar
  • 1/4 tsp of ground nutmeg
  • 3 tbsp of unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tsp of finely grated lemon zest
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 2/3 cup of self-rising flour
  • 1 1/2 tbsp of cinnamon-sugar
  • whipped cream or ice cream

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Place fruit in bottom of 7 inch buttered pyrex. Stir eggs, sugar, butter and zest. Add milk, nutmeg and flour. Stir well.

Spoon batter over fruit. Pour 1 1/2 cups water into pot Place dish in steamer basket and set in pot.

Cooking under pressure : 30 min.

Sprinkle cinnamon-sugar over hot pudding. Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream
