Ingredients

  • 2 lbs of pork shoulder roast, cut into 4 or 6 large chunks
  • 1 tbsp of chili powder (optional)
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups of barbecue sauce
  • 3 tbsp of water or beer

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Coat pork in chili powder (if using).

Combine pork, onion and garlic in pot. Stir sauce with water or beer; pour over pork.

Cooking under pressure : 45 min.

Set meat aside; shred with two forks. Return meat to pot. Add some sauce to moisten.
