Have you checked the valves ? See FAQ. Rinse the salt off the meats with cold water. Put the water and the salted meat and pork belly into the pressure cooker. Bring to the boil and skim. Add the cabbage, carrots, turnips, onion, garlic and bouquet garni. Add pepper. Close the lid. As soon as the steam is released, reduce the heat source and leave it to cook for the indicated time. During cooking, check that the valve murmurs regularly. Cook the potatoes separately. Saute the slices of ham in a fry-pan with a pat of butter. Open the pressure cooker. Arrange the vegetables on a serving dish with the salted meat, pork belly and slices of ham. Serve very hot.
