  • 3 cups 2% milk
  • 1 cup fine semolina
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup raisins


1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter a 3-quart baking dish.

2. Place the milk, semolina, sugar and salt in the bowl fitted with the mixer. Launch the dessert program at speed 4 at 190°F for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture into a separate bowl; set aside to cool. Wash the Prep&Cook bowl.

3. Place beaten eggs and sour cream in the bowl fitted with the kneading/crushing blade. Mix at speed 6 for 30-40 seconds. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for another 20 seconds.

4. Pour this mixture over the semolina, add raisins and mix using a spatula. Pour into he prepared dish and bake for 30-35 minutes. Enjoy warm or cold.
