  • 1 kg of fresh mussels, rinsed and cleaned
  • 100 g of shallots, finely chopped
  • 300 ml of coconut milk
  • 3 tsp of green thai curry paste

Preparation

Prepare the ingredients.

Place the clean mussels into the bowl. Add the other ingredients.
