  • 30 peeled raw shrimps
  • 2 stalks lemongrass, cut into 2 inch (5 cm) lengths
  • 8 ginger, peeled, thinly sliced
  • 4 small tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 6 large button mushrooms, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 2 cloves of chopped garlic
  • 2 small shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups of water
  • Cilantro and lime wedges (to taste)
