Ingredients

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 1 scant tablespoon sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 scant tablespoon condensed milk
  • 50 g pineapple
  • 50 g mango
  • 50 g litchis
  • Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon grenadine

Preparation

Steam the fruit for 5 minutes and then blend in a food processor with the coconut milk and condensed milk.

Add the lime juice and grenadine. Mix well and serve very cold, decorated with a mint leaf.

Serve with fresh fromage frais, Maderia cake, sponge cake, or with a steamed banana.
